Nikhil S Bharadwaj is CEO and Co-Founder of Xeal, the EV charging platform for real estate, where he's building a distributed metro edge AI compute platform that turns already-permitted power into low-latency inference capacity.
Xeal runs 1,550+ EV charging sites across 500+ cities with 100+ MW of contracted charging capacity, part of nearly 15 GW of addressable EV charging capacity across the US market by 2030. That distributed, already-permitted power is now being put to work for AI, with no new construction and no new grid capacity required.
Prior to Xeal, Nikhil led E-Mobility innovation and was a forward deployed energy engineer at Schneider Electric. He holds a degree in Energy Engineering and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee.
