He brings more than 17 years of cross-industry leadership in financial services, banking, aviation, supply chain, and retail, with a proven record of driving enterprise transformation, data modernization, and large-scale technology programs at scale.

Since joining Parinita AI Edge. in 2026, Chirag has shaped the company's financial strategy, corporate development, and business expansion across its portfolio of ventures. His mandate includes the capital strategy underpinning Parinita AI Edge 's fundraising initiative, targeting up to $1.66 billion to fund the deployment of AI infrastructure at the edge across 101 Points of Presence in 42 states, as well as the strategic direction behind Denizen Blu's AI Inference — an "Intelligence as a Service" offering delivered on an unmetered, all-you-can-use model for $20 per year.

Prior to Parinita AI Edge , Chirag spent nearly two decades working across leading global institutions, including United Airlines, JetBlue, Citibank, HSBC, MUFG Union Bank, Bank of New York Mellon, and Deutsche Bank. He is an alumnus of Seton Hall University.
