David Wood is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and one of the leaders shaping the rapidly emerging AI infrastructure, neocloud, and sovereign AI markets. He works across the ecosystem, from semiconductor companies and infrastructure providers to neoclouds, investors, governments, and enterprises, helping define how the next generation of AI infrastructure will be built, financed, operated, and consumed.

David has spent his career building businesses at major technology inflection points. As Chief Strategy Officer for Accenture Cloud First, he helped scale the business from launch to more than $30 billion and later designed and led Accenture’s global Technology Consulting business. Today, his focus is on the next major transition: AI infrastructure moving beyond a race for GPUs and capacity toward a race to build the platforms, distribution, and differentiated services that turn compute into enterprise value.
